Forensic Lead Review

Overview

As we progress through the implementation of the Operating Model, we will be undertaking a series of workstream effectiveness reviews for distinct pieces of work which have been delivered. 

This review process aims to evaluate if the intended outcomes of the workstream have been delivered and the extent to which the associated benefits have been realised. In short, we are trying to establish if the workstream has delivered what was intended, and if not, why not, and what needs to be done.

The process will give us an early indication of any improvement activity required to address any gaps identified against workstream outcomes. 

This survey will look at the Forensic Lead Implementation.
