Forensic Services Customer Survey 2025

Overview

Forensic Services actively seeks feedback from our partners to inform the development of services and to assess the performance of the organisation in the delivery of an effective forensic service to our partners and the communities we serve. 

In order to maintain our accreditation to ISO 17025 for testing laboratories by the United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS), we proactively seek both positive and negative feedback to provide assurance of the quality of results and service delivery. 

This survey looks at many areas of Forensic Services and allows our partners the opportunity to provide feedback and ways we can improve the service we deliver. This will ultimately ensure we can provide excellent, innovative forensic services to support justice in Scotland and keep our communities safe and protected.

This survey is important as it allows the opportunity to provide feedback, positive or negative on the experiences you have had with Forensic Services, and what we can do to improve the service we deliver to you.
