Leadership Development Day Feedback -May 2026

Overview

The Leadership Development Day took place on Wednesday, 20 May, 2026 and we would like to thank every single person who attended on the day, and for your participation throughout. 

The level of engagement across all groups was extremely positive and created the conditions for meaningful conversations about leadership, organisational alignment, and how we continue to strengthen the way we work together across Forensic Services.

A consistent theme throughout the event was the importance of listening and then communication — listening to operational realities, listening across leadership levels, and listening to the experiences of colleagues. We clearly heard the things that help you do your jobs well, alongside the blockers, frustrations and disconnects that can make it more difficult than it needs to be.

This short survey has been developed to allow you the opportunity to provide your top priorities identified in the final session of the day, which you can use to shape future conversations with your line manager, and will allow us to revisit at future events to reflect on progress, sustain momentum, and maintain accountability for change.
