Overview

On Wednesday, 20 May, 2026, Forensic Services will host a Leadership Development Day, designed to 

In advance of this event, you are being asked to complete this Leadership Event survey, designed to form the basis of agenda items for the day. These questions should be answered from the perspective of your current role experiences. 

We will not use any information provided to identify individuals taking part in this survey so you can be sure this will be treated with complete anonymity. 

There will be an option at the end of the survey to email your responses to you. However this is not mandatory and we will not store or make use of these email addresses in any way. 

Why your views matter

Your views matter as your feedback will allow us to better understand what is working well and what we can improve on. 

The results of the survey will be shared on the day and will be used to support evidence-based discussions.
