Committee Effectiveness 2025/26 Stakeholder Survey

Overview

This survey allows partners and stakeholders who attend our Committee meetings to give their views on the committee's effectiveness.

The survey sets out a number of statements. You will be asked to mark if you strongly agree, agree, disagree, or strongly disagree with the statement. 

Space is also provided for your comments and examples. These sections are optional, but any insights you offer will be valuable and help us improve. 

There is no personal information requested as part of this survey. 

What happens next

Each Committee will get a chance to discuss the findings at a formal meeting of the Committee. A final overview will be provided to the Audit, Risk and Assurance Committee, inform statements of assurance and the Annual Report and Accounts
