Overview

Every year all staff in SPA Corporate go through an annual personal development review process. This uses MyCareer, objective setting, and Personal Development Plans to look at how the last year has been, plan for the next year, and identify any training needs for each staff member.

This process will kick off again early in 2026. Before that happens we are keen to ask all staff how they feel about the current approach and what improvements could be made.

We have created a short survey and would like to ask as many staff as possible to fill this in. It is completely anonymous so please be honest in your feedback! We know the process is not perfect and really want to make it better for next year.

There are sections in the survey that can be completed by all staff, as well as a few extra questions for line managers, second line managers, and WFG colleagues. We will follow up this survey with a staff workshop to further discuss the results.
