Overview

For any organisation, Internal and External Communications is an important resource to use to share information, align business priorities, and improve the culture among staff. Effective communication is essential to a connected, informed and engaged organisation. It helps us understand our priorities, celebrate the achievements of our people, share important information and ensure that colleagues across Forensic Services feel connected to the wider organisation.

We also recognise that good communication is a two-way process. To ensure our communications continue to meet the needs of our staff, we want to hear directly from you about what is working well, where improvements could be made and how you would like us to communicate with you in the future.

This survey will explore both our internal and external communications, including the information you receive, the channels and formats we use, the content you value most, and how effectively we showcase the work, people and achievements of Forensic Services.
