Scottish Police Authority Corporate Strategy 2023-2026

Overview

The Scottish Police Authority's current Corporate Plan is due to expire in March 2023 - work is currently underway to prepare a renewed Corporate Strategy.  This strategy, for 2023-26, centres on our outcomes and strategic priorities, setting the direction for the work of the Authority over the next three years.

We are now keen to engage with members of the public to gain feedback on our draft strategy.  To provide your views, please read through the attached documents at the bottom of the page and then complete our short survey.  These documents are:

• Draft Corporate Strategy 2023-26

This is our overall strategy document setting out who we are, what we do, our intended outcomes and activities for the next three years, and how we will monitor our progress.

• Draft Implementation Plan

This describes the high level activities that will be delivered against each of the proposed outcomes.

• Plan on a Page

This shows the relationship between our strategic outcomes, the Scottish Government Police Priorities, and our vision and values.
